What you'll do
- Connect with warm, company-provided leads — no cold-door knocking required
- Conduct virtual or in-person needs analyses with prospective clients
- Recommend life, health, and final expense products tailored to each family
- Follow up, build relationships, and grow a renewing book of business
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team development
What we look for
- Coachable, competitive, and genuinely interested in helping people
- Strong communicator — comfortable on phone, video, and face-to-face
- Self-motivated; able to manage your own pipeline and schedule
- Active life & health insurance license, OR willing to obtain one (we'll guide you)
